Why Hygiene is so Important

Keeping up with hygiene may be more important that you think. Not taking a shower can affect not only your physical health but also your mental health. Not taking a shower can just make you feel dirty and put a mental toll on your day. Also shaving with a dirty razor could be harmful to your hygiene as well. A dirty or rusty razor could cut you and cause a load of bad things to happen. If the razor is dirty you could get tetanus from the rust in the cut or just a terrible infection in your skin which could potentially lead to acne. Also it’s not a myth that popping our pimples is bad. Pimple popping could lead to even more inflamed skin which could lead to MORE pimples than that one you just popped. Pimples are like a hydra from Greek and roman stories, you cut one head off and two more grow back. So the next time you think of not taking a shower for that one night or if you popped that big annoying pimple that nobody would notice your flaws, think twice about your hygiene decisions.
